Many of the lots within Paint Rock Farm Lake Estates, back up to the bordering Watts Bar Lake, specifically Lot 17, which is currently available. This lot specifically back up to the Tennessee Wildlife Refuge Area (T.W.R.A.) property. This provides each lot with a quiet peaceful environment, restricting traffic and preserving the environment. No docks are allowed in this development, however you are welcome to tie up boats during certain parts of the season.
