Many of the lots within Paint Rock Farm Lake Estates, back up to Watts Bar Lake, including Lot 15 and Lot 17, which are currently available. Theses lots specifically back up to the Tennessee Wildlife Refuge Area (T.W.R.A.) property. This provides each lot with a quiet peaceful environment, restricting traffic and preserving the environment. No docks are allowed in this development, however you are welcome to tie up boats during certain parts of the season.
